*MEMBERSHIP:  Annual membership fee of $35 per person is required to fish any event.  You must include $35 for each non-member to register for a tournament.

LIABILITY RELEASE.
I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I will assume all risk of injury and or death which may result from fishing in the Wisconsin Fishers of Men tournament series.
  • I will release all Fishers of Men Sponsors, Directors and employees from all liabilities from accident, injury or death that may have resulted in the  tournament series.
  • I will allow the tournament to use all pictures,  and names for the news media or advertising of the tournament without compensation to me.
